🚀 Super excited to share our new publication in Human Reproduction! 🧐 Title: Proteomic profiling reveals the molecular signatures of chemotherapy-induced human ovarian damage Using mass spectrometry–based proteomics together with detailed histological and immunohistochemical analyses, we uncover how first-line chemotherapy reshapes human ovarian tissue across both stromal and germ cell compartments. Our study identifies key pathways and markers of ovarian injury, providing new insights into chemotherapy-related ovarian damage and helping to guide future fertility preservation research. If you’re interested in ovarian biology, reproductive health or proteomics, check it out and share your thoughts! Huge thanks to Isabelle Demeestere, all co-authors and collaborators who made this work possible, and to F.R.S. - FNRS, the Funds Suzanne Duchesne, Serge Rousseau and Docteur Jean Gérard managed by the Fondation Roi Baudouin, and the Fondation Jaumotte-Demoulin for supporting the project 🙏 🔗 https://lnkd.in/e4Qmyit3 #HumanReproduction #OvarianBiology #FertilityPreservation
