Sunclass Airlines: a 6-month update 1. Learning, doing, delivering 2. Meeting one of the owners Petter A. Stordalen (Refer to the picture 😁), picture taken by our CEO Valdemar Warburg. 3. Fly-along (taking part in a turnaround flight). This merits its own post later. 🙂 It's been just over 6 months since I started working in the Data & Analytics department at Sunclass Airlines. Together with my manager, Thomas Skov B., and my colleague (better yet: mentor), Marta Grytka, I've gone through a very steep learning curve. The amount I have learned is incredible - and even better, I am just scratching the surface. As I mentioned in a previous post, the learning mindset at Sunclass Airlines is fantastic. I've really taken to heart what our Commercial Director, Filip Grue Halvardsson often says: "10, 20, 70" 10%: Formal Training Power BI: Udemy Coarses Microsoft Fabric: Linkedin Learning 20%: Social Training Alongside the great mentorship from Marta Grytka, I have really started getting comfortable with the tools at our disposal. Additionally, gaining a strong understanding of the data I have been working with - and translating it into meaningful insights for the commercial team - would not have been possible without the fantastic "ping-pong" dicussions with Christina (Tina) Pedersen. Tobias Ögren has also been a guiding beacon, helping me maintain the bigger picture while building the extensive dashboard we've put together. 70%: Learning By Doing Actually building and maintaing the dashboards and visualizations. A short sentence - but this is where it all happens. I, for one, can't wait to start yet another fullfiling week at Sunclass Airlines. "Endelig mandag", finallly Monday! 🥳
