One year ago Erik Huijing, Luc Jenniskens and I launched our website, the Dark Ride Database. Today we expended once more, the site now covers the entire world! What is Dark Ride Database? The Dark Ride Database is the world's number one resource on dark rides, semi-dark rides and show rides. Over 1200 rides are posted on the site. Some with only a name and type, while some others feature lots of pictures and statistics. Over the last year we had tremendous help from some of the kindest people in the industry. I'd like to thank Lauren Weaver, Gosetto Srl, Evelien Pieterse, Stefan Rothaug, Frank Gigengack, Jan Maarten de Raad, Simeon Van Tellingen and Pieter Cornelis for the time they took to talk to us about the rides that our so dear to my heart. We will continue to expand the site and keep bringing news and background stories. Next up will be a special called "Justice League: How Sally Dark Rides designed with Warner Brothers’ hottest IP" Once again, from the bottom of my heart, thanks for all the support and kind words!
