Reflecting on 35 years in Renewables – and what’s next. After almost 15 years at BayWa r.e., it‘s time to take a step back to gain a broader perspective. It’s been an incredible journey across the U.S. and the EU, and for now, I am prioritizing a deliberate period of professional reflection while deciding on what’s next.
