There's so much to learn from doing something like this. Here are some ideas: 1. Listen from top to bottom in order 2. Starting at the top, pick out a name you don't recognize and check out their podcast / same from the bottom of the list 3. Find all the people who have been on the podcast twice and listen to both of theirs (see the difference between the two, what have they accomplished in the time period between the two) 4. Maybe there's someone you see missing on the list, they probably don't have Creator mode turned on (make sure you have Creator mode turned on) 5. Follower count certainly isn't everything, but its a decent indicator of success (at least on LinkedIn) 6. Notice Michael Kitces is 4th down - how many followers do you think he's gained just from the podcast alone? Promoting others, being an excellent host, consistency, turning every podcast into a blog post with transcript so its searchable 7. What's something you've learned from seeing a list like this?
