In September 2026, the EU’s Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition Directive comes into force. 📛What does it mean for consumer facing brands? From that point, consumer-facing brands in Europe can no longer use sustainability labels unless they’re backed by a third-party verified certification scheme. Self-declared eco-labels?
