It’s always lovely to announce appointments to key roles in the business, but it’s even nicer when it involves internal progression, talent planning and long term individual and corporate growth. We saw some really wonderful people through a robust recruitment process to find our Commercial Director, following Matthew Arnold’s MD appointment. It was especially lovely therefore that the last person standing was our very own Katherine Jones, who joined Stagecoach in 2016 as part of that year’s graduate intake and who has progressed through the business ever since.
