Feeling very grateful after an incredible couple of days at the Royal Welsh Show! This was my first time ever attending the show – and I had the amazing opportunity to work directly with the Royal Welsh as a content creator intern, while also producing social media content alongside the brilliant team at Libera | Creative Digital Studio for Instagram and TikTok. As someone from a non-farming and non-Welsh-speaking background, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I’ve come away with a huge appreciation for Welsh agriculture… and yes, I did find myself completely captivated by the sheep shearing competitions (even if I’m still not quite sure how they’re scored!). I’ve been given real creative freedom, learned so much from everyone around me, and somehow even ended up interviewing Martin Clunes! A surreal and very proud moment. This experience has only reaffirmed how passionate I am about storytelling, digital content, and representing Welsh culture in all its forms. Diolch yn fawr to the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society - hopefully this won’t be my last Sioe Fawr ❤️🐄. #RoyalWelshShow #ContentCreation #WelshMedia #SioeFawr #DigitalStorytelling #WelshCulture #Grateful
