Last week, our leadership team gathered at our Nashville office to reflect on 2025 and, more importantly, to turn those lessons into a smarter strategy for the year ahead. Here’s a quick recap. 2025 stretched us. We did not hit our sales targets in Q1 through Q3, sometimes not even close. But those challenges forced us to sharpen our messaging, tighten our process, and focus harder on what actually drives results for our clients. That focus paid off. In Q4, our team rallied and delivered the strongest quarter in Chezy’s history, beating our previous record by over 55 percent. That momentum was fueled by clear roles, strong collaboration, and a Black Friday push built around real value, not noise. Most importantly, we had the privilege of telling powerful stories for incredible clients across the country. Because of that trust, we crossed a milestone that means everything to us: over 100 five-star Google reviews! That is proof that marketing works best when it is rooted in partnership, clarity, and results. Looking ahead to 2026, we are building with intention. I am excited to announce Isabel’s promotion to Head of Partner Development! She will be leading our partner and affiliate growth nationwide, helping more businesses access high-quality, consistent video marketing. We are also expanding our production team with a new editor and beginning strategic planning for our next two markets. If we execute and hit our standard this year, Chezy Video Company will launch into new regions in 2027! Grateful for our team, clients, partners, and vendors.
