✨ A small thing… that means a lot ✨ I opened the post to find my new M&S name badge, this time with one small word that means a huge amount to me: Manager🙌🙌 It might seem like something tiny, but for me it represents how far I’ve come since stepping into my role back in September. From learning the ropes, supporting an amazing team, and developing my leadership style, to navigating challenges and growing in confidence, it’s been a journey I’m genuinely proud of. I know it’s “just a badge”, but it’s also a reminder of the hard work, early starts, late finishes, and the belief others have had in me. And honestly, moments like this make it all feel worth it.
