Month 1 is being extended into June as Linkedin posting is not my forte... But this one is something i am seeing happen quite a lot. 🏆 Month 1: The Hiring Truths 🎤 Week 3: Interviews Are Two-Way Some companies still interview like this: "You'll learn more about that if you join us" "This is something i can't talk too much about" "We will answer your questions at the end" Then wonder why candidates withdraw. Interviews don’t just assess candidates. Candidates are assessing you too. 💡 Hiring truth: Every interview should be a 2-way process. Do businesses underestimate how much they’re being interviewed themselves? 👀
