📢 CUSTOMER NOTICE: THUSO HOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE TO REOPEN TODAY The City of Joburg is pleased to inform residents that the Thuso House Customer Service Centre in Braamfontein will reopen today and resume normal operations. Customers will once again have access to the full range of municipal services during normal operating hours, including: 🗣️ Account enquiries & customer support 🧾 Billing & cashless payments 📋 Indigent applications 🛠️ Service requests The City sincerely thanks residents, businesses, and stakeholders for their patience, understanding, and cooperation during the temporary closure. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate the continued support shown while technical teams worked diligently to safely restore services. Residents can visit the Thuso House Customer Service Centre from tomorrow for all customer service-related enquiries.
