🎉 Time Flies! Yesterday marked the last day for our amazing apprentices, and what a journey it has been! It feels like just yesterday when I first met them during the recruitment information session, followed by interviews, onboarding, orientation, and their various trainings and internal events. Now, here we are at graduation! 🎓🎉 Witnessing their growth over the past year has been a privilege. As one of our apprentices beautifully expressed in their graduation speech: "Standing here today isn’t just a privilege for me personally, but for all of us - seventeen individuals from unique backgrounds, united by the relentless call to grow, serve, and push the limits of our potential."💪🏻 Their courage to step out of their comfort zones—emceeing events, planning initiatives, and embracing tasks and roles they might never have imagined a year ago—has been truly inspiring. As they shared in their speeches, "This year has taught us something impossible to find in any textbook nor lecture: the power of daring – daring to show up, daring to raise the 'dumb' question, daring to take the lead, and daring to make an impact."💪🏻💪🏻 It's easy to overlook the consistent support and guidance required to shape early talent. None of this would have been possible without the incredible support from the managers, mentors, buddies and team mates who invested in their learning. A heartfelt thank you to our program sponsor, senior leaders, learning partners and all the behind-the-scenes champions who cheered them on and guided them every step of the way.
