A big milestone for us this week.   One of our customers just signed a 7-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, including a significant upsell. For a young company like ours, that kind of long-term trust means a lot.   This customer manages 150 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 600,000 𝐦², with a hyper-efficient team of 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 2–3 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞. That only works with automation and clear prioritisation.   Before Enersee, their setup looked familiar to many large organisations that are a frontrunner in sustainability: Great early steps in energy management and ISO 50001 certification (honestly pretty impressive), but fragmented data, partial ISO non-compliance due to manual tracking processes, heavy load on the team and limited anomaly detection with tons of false alarms. Simply put: amazing start, but only scratching the surface on what could be done with AI on energy data.   Today, 5.18 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 are turned into clear, actionable insights. Internal and external teams work from the same structure. Anomalies are detected, prioritised, and followed up systematically. The result is 𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, driven purely by better visibility and action. This deal is a strong validation of what we’re building and of the team behind it.
