🚨 Meta Instagram It's been 2 YEARS. Enough is enough. A client of mine has a Meta Business Account with 30,000+ followers that has been restricted since 2023. Not because of anything THEY did. But because of mistakes made by a previous agency while running ads. Two years of: ❌ Unable to connect Instagram account ❌ Unable to run ads ❌ Unable to use basic business functions 📄 Documents submitted - verified 📞 Multiple long conversations with support executives 🔁 Follow-ups, escalations, appeals -all ignored We have done EVERYTHING Meta asked for. Verification? Done. Documents? Submitted. Patience? Exhausted. And yet -no resolution. No clear answer. No accountability. This is not a small inconvenience. This is a business that has been crippled for 2 years because of a system that protects no one and helps no one. 30,000+ followers built over years - locked away because someone else made a mistake. That's not fair. That's not okay. Meta Business Support -we are not going away. We will keep raising this until it is resolved.
