On a sunny San Francisco afternoon, I met Markus Jenul. He said to me, "Hi! I'm Markus! Do you wanna get a smoothie?" We went on to work with the most amazing Marketing team I ever experienced at Bitmovin under the leadership of Kieran Farr and our wonderful founders Stefan Lederer and Chris Mueller. Many things happened in between, lots of adventures that included me moving to London and then eventually to Austria. A few Schnitzels and Radlers later, the stars aligned, and Markus Jenul and Gerald Zankl shared with me the dream company they were building. I grabbed myself a smoothie and thought long and hard about what that could mean. I mean… Startup life again? Crazy. Building a dream? Also crazy. Good thing I love crazy. I was so impressed by what they had built: - The magic of the Kickscale AI platform for my own work as a marketer -- thanks to the vision of our CTO, Fabian Riedlsperger. - A sales team led by the wonderful Jacqueline Al- Tameemi 💫 and nearly ALL women? Let’s call this a Closed-Won deal. Thank you, Kickscale team, for welcoming me and for your trust. I can’t wait to do crazy things together.
