Closing the Chapter Closest to My Heart 💙 During May, I officially ended my term as Local Committee President for AIESEC in UPM, term 24/25, during our Annual General Meeting. Leading a membership of nearly 80, the growth of both people and the organization kept me grounded and driven throughout the year. I’m incredibly proud to share some of the key milestones we achieved together: ✨ 45.94% overall equity growth 🏆 Local Committee Excellence Award with 7 awards and 10 nominations throughout the term 📈 67.91% member advancement rate These milestones weren’t just numbers — they were built on countless moments of resilience, effort, laughter, and tears. It wasn’t always easy, but we made it here, together. To my executive board team Kemin Lye Min Rei Heng Zihui Cheong KOK YOU LIM Eng D. Yue Ai Jia Thevananthini Raman thank you for being my strongest support system. I’m beyond grateful to have each of you by my side, even through the tough moments. I’ll never forget the midnight we named our team Ikigai, I hope you gained clarity just like I do in this journey. Today marks my 1349th day in AIESEC. What has leadership taught me? Leadership is a mirror — you don’t just learn about others, you learn about yourself. It’s about how you make others feel about themselves and how you grow into a better version of self together. ✨ With that, Eunice is officially checking out from AIESEC in UPM. Thank you for being my safe space — to fail, to grow, and to fully embrace who I am. ❤️‍🩹 To all future leaders: You only live AIESEC once, leave no regrets. 🚀 Drive with passion, lead with purpose. #ProudtobeanAIESECer #LeadershipJourney #AGM2025 #IkigaiTerm
