Role Description This is a full-time on-site Operations Supervisor role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage workflow, and ensure operational efficiency in alignment with company protocols. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring safety practices, analyzing operational performance, and effectively communicating with team members and leadership. The role also involves problem-solving and upholding standards to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and leadership capabilities Knowledge of Operations and Operations Management processes Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making Effective Communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Experience in transportation or logistics is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
