For the first time, volumetric calcium imaging at mouse retina in vivo is achieved by Guanping Feng et al. The video shows the functional activity from retinal ganglion cells and the upstream interneurons in response to a train of light stimulus within single cell resolution. We are excited to use this method to study retinal neural circuitry and how single cell function changes in diseases. Color indicates depth. https://lnkd.in/euUina5v
