In this new article, where I once again address the topic of #GenAI, I review the reasons why it is so difficult to scale and transform our businesses. I introduce a method for evaluating #usecases, allowing us to choose those with potentially the most value and focus on high-impact processes. I then discuss concepts such as #AI #orchestrators, as well as the importance of unstructured data, the necessary skills, and, in general, the success factors that may finally allow us to transform the opportunities offered by GenAI. As you'll notice, I've invested time in crafting this article and developing its concepts (notably the method for calculating the Automation Readiness Score—ARS). For this reason, I'm also publishing it in French (in the latter half). I aimed to maintain a certain independence from technology publishers and specialists in this article. However, it's important to note that with my company, Inetum and with the FabLab by Inetum, we have developed solutions to address the issues I describe. These include our DoYouSpeak_AI offering, dedicated to change management, and the GenAI_Hub, an orchestrator we've been working on for several months. I would like to express my gratitude to all the teams with whom I have the privilege of collaborating on these fascinating topics, as well as to our clients who have placed their trust in us. In the coming weeks, I will provide concrete examples based on various industries and processes, accompanied by #ARS calculations and details of the intermediate scores. I hope you will enjoy this article and I look forward to your comments.
