On 2 April 2026, Mrs. Vibeke Lyssand Leirvåg, Chairwoman of the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand (JFCCT), was honoured to join the UTCC Special Talks Series at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce as a guest speaker on the topic From Campus to Global Careers: Entrepreneurship, Internships & Opportunities in Global Companies. The session provided an opportunity to share perspectives with students on building global career pathways, the value of internships, and the importance of developing an international mindset from an early stage. Following the talk, JFCCT also joined a discussion with the university’s leadership, faculty members, and relevant stakeholders on potential collaboration to expand internship opportunities for international students. The discussion focused on connecting students with foreign chambers of commerce and companies within the JFCCT network, helping strengthen practical experience and career readiness for the global workplace.
