Last week, we pledged our largest ever levy share fund after increasing our commitment to a record £1.5 million for 2026-2027. The initiative enables key charity and independent travel agent partners, as well as suppliers, to recruit, develop and retain talent through apprenticeship training, directly supporting their growth and long-term success. Since launching the scheme in 2023, we have pledged over £3 million in levy funding to support partners. Following a phenomenal response to the initiative, we have increased our total apprenticeship funding for this financial year, committing to a levy spend of £1.5 million in 2026-2027 – our largest ever amount! By expanding our offering, we can support even more charities and supply chain partners within the communities that we work and maximise the positive impact we are having on these organisations.
