Project Manager & PMO | Supply Chain Transformation | Digital Innovation | Aviation

Some of the most valuable lessons in a career don’t come from training materials or—they come from people. A month into my new role as a Project Manager in Supply Chain & Innovation in Air Europa , I’m discovering just how complex this world really is. The level of detail, the strict safety standards, the regulations, and the way every process is interconnected have given me a whole new appreciation for what happens behind the scenes to keep aircraft flying. What has made this transition even more meaningful is the opportunity to learn from the person I’m replacing, who has dedicated 39 years to the company. What impresses me most isn’t just the depth of knowledge in supply chain, but the understanding of how so many different areas connect and influence one another. That kind of perspective isn’t built overnight—it’s earned through decades of experience. Even more inspiring is the willingness to share that knowledge openly, making sure it isn’t lost but passed on to the next generation. It’s often said that knowledge is an organization’s greatest asset. I’d add that it’s only truly valuable when it’s shared. Interestingly, this incredible professional isn’t on LinkedIn—a reminder that many of the people with the greatest expertise quietly make an extraordinary impact behind the scenes. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn, ask questions, and build on the experience of those who came before me. Here’s to continuous learning and to the people who make it possible. 👏🏼✈️🔧 #SupplyChain #Aviation #ProjectManagement #KnowledgeTransfer #Leadership #ContinuousLearning #Mentorship
