I was once in a meeting as the only woman and the only Asian. I was so intimidated that I didn't say a thing. Afterwards, I felt so frustrated that I didn't take the opportunity to say at least one thing. That’s when I realized imposter syndrome is real. It's the feeling of what you think and what you know must be less important or less smart than others. This experience was the first of many where I realized just saying one thing is often the first step to building that visibility and respect you deserve. Because the truth is: ✅ people aren't going to call on you ✅ they're not going to be thinking about you ✅ and they surely cannot read your mind It's why, when I put together this course with LinkedIn, I was honored to highlight this real struggle, which is amplified if you consider yourself a diverse voice, such as being a minority in the workplace. I'm excited to unlock this course for you for free. I've now taught over 2 million people how to communicate with confidence and get noticed at work for all the right reasons. Bookmark it, save it, and watch this course. Enjoy!
