It’s with mixed feelings that I’ve decided to resign from Fortescue. It’s been quite the adventure, and I’m super proud of the team for the successful improvements we have achieved over the last few years! To name a few: ✅ Improved and sustainable availability increases ❤️ Created pathway programs for First Nations and Females 🤝 Building great relationships with our customers the mining team 🙌 Implemented Team culture programs Thanks to Liam Madgen, Stephen Mackenzie Nicholas Flew Thomas Hulse Chris Voller Jonny Garnaut and Rob Haxby for all your great work and support over the years. A special thanks to Mark Kouwenhoven for being an awesome boss ☺️ While my last official day isn’t until the end of the month, I will be swapping the heat of the Pilbara for the cool of Tasmania to spend some time with my little sister as she has a baby, and be Auntie Jess for a while before I decide on my next adventure! Good luck to the amazing team at Solomon, I know you will continue to do great things and build great culture ❤️
