Be the kind of boss who forges lasting relationships with former employees. Or at least one where you can say, “you know, you would look a lot like Elsa with a blonde wig…” and they don’t immediately block you. 🤣 Forever grateful to Natasha Leland (i.e.. totally the real Elsa) who made my daughter’s 5th birthday incredibly magical. We miss you so much at Ivy Tech but love that you’ll always be part of our family.
