Gatestone is expanding and our recruitment team is currently looking for a full-time Financial Services Representative in Montreal, Quebec! 📢 📢 📢 The Role: Our client is one of the biggest competetitors in the Telecom industry and so, they are looking for the best. Be the first point of contact for clients who are seeking guidance on the financial aspects of their client account, including settling outstanding balances owed. This is a full-time permanent role and the working model is flexible-hybrid. As long as your performance is good, you can work from your pre-approved home office. The right candidate must be available between Monday-Friday 7 AM-10 PM, Saturday 7:30 AM-9PM, and Sunday 10 Am-6 PM. Equipment is provided and the starting rate is $19/hr. What I am looking for: 1. Must be fluently bilingual in English and French (this is mandatory) 2. Be a great negotiator and helper - negotiate repayment plans and offer solutions that tailor to client situations 3. Enjoy speaking on the phone - you will receive inbound calls and make outbound calls when required. Must be courteous, professional, and welcoming 4. Must be located in Montreal, Quebec, as this is where our office is located 5. We provide in-depth training, so I am looking for an individual who has more than one year in customer service, call centre, or financial services 5. Must be able to be plugged in via ethernet cable. This is a flexible-hybrid role and the right candidate must have a modem that is easily accessible - a distraction-free workspace is required 6.
