Late to the party, but I just wanted to share about my week at SKO with ClickUp! I left feeling energized and really clear on what “great” looks like for the year ahead. One of the best parts of the week was the chance to align on the bigger picture, our vision for the year ahead, how our teams fit together, and how we collectively create better outcomes for customers. A few things that stayed with me: - The importance of a shared vision across teams - The value of cross-functional partnership across pre and post sales - The way clarity and alignment create better execution, internally and for our customers It was a great reminder that when teams are aligned on both vision and execution, we move faster, collaborate better, and deliver a stronger customer experience. I was also lucky enough to present to our technical account management team and take them through our 'Intake, Execution, Reporting' (IER) framework. This team is the best in the business and I'm so excited to see what we deliver together in the coming year. Grateful for the conversations, the perspective, and the chance to connect with so many people across the organization.
