My LinkedIn feed has been populated with #techlayoffs from past colleagues & friends these last few months and it's been difficult to navigate the best way to say, do and show support for each individual person. Although my role was not impacted at Salesforce, I have been laid off in the past and it's true loss mixed with grief and so much more.
