After weeks of practice, we finally stepped onto the stage. My first time performing at the Cisco Chinese New Year Talentime reminded me that leadership is often about courage, teamwork, and stepping up beyond our comfort zones. More meaningful still was knowing our collective effort helped raise funds for Humanity Singapore, supporting families in need and giving back to the community. We chose the song Home / 家 to reflect values we all share — belonging, trust, and unity — the same values that build strong teams and lasting partnerships. Grateful for the incredible teamwork behind the scenes, the quiet leadership that made everything possible, and everyone who took the time to support us.
