THIS is how to write a job listing that properly evaluates candidate personality and skills, without the (all-too-common-on-LinkedIn) risk of simply being exploited for free labor, then never officially hired or on-contract. It doesn't matter what you think of AI (which is what this job involves), this is a damn good way to find your next hire. [ETA: No, I have not applied for this job and I'm sucking up.
