A recruiter confession... I review every CV myself. No AI screening. One thing I've noticed recently? A surprisingly high number of CVs don't include a LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn isn't a requirement for every role, and a great CV should always stand on its own merit. But when I see a LinkedIn link, I'm often able to get a much richer picture of a candidate. Sometimes it's the recommendations from former managers. Sometimes it's industry involvement, shared connections, or achievements that didn't make it onto the CV. Your LinkedIn profile is often where your personal brand comes to life. If you're applying for roles, take 30 seconds to add that link to your CV.
