Looking forward to seeing colleagues and peers from across the sector this week and hearing your thoughts on the topics we’ll be discussing. I also have another mission in my role as Director of Training and Professional Development at BUCA. I’ll be carrying out some informal interviews to help shape the Level 3 BUCA China Market Training Programme. The first two levels have been successfully delivered online. Level 1 focused on laying the groundwork for effective China engagement, while Level 2 took a deep dive into recruitment channels and market practice. Level 3 will shift the focus to building institutional impact in China.
