The Glen at St. Joseph is seeking a Security Manager to lead safety and security operations across our 24-hour residential campus in Dayton, Ohio. This role goes beyond traditional security management. We are looking for a leader who can balance operational excellence with compassion and professionalism in a mission-driven environment serving single mothers and their children. The Security Manager will oversee campus security operations, manage contracted security personnel, coordinate emergency response procedures, maintain access control and surveillance systems, and build strong partnerships with local law enforcement and community agencies.
