Day 1/5🙌🙌💪 For the past few weeks, we have been part of the #IjueDataYakoIII programme implemented by ICON Data and Learning Labs (IDL) in partnership with Amnesty International Kenya. It has been a powerful learning journey, one that has challenged us to think differently about data, not just as a tool for organizations, but as something deeply personal that shapes our privacy, dignity, and security. Every day, we share our names, phone numbers, locations, photos, health information, and much more. But how often do we stop and ask: Who has access to my data? How is it being used? And am I doing enough to protect it? In partnership with ICON Data and Learning Labs (IDL) we are running a 5-day awareness campaign to spark conversations in our online and offline communities on why data protection matters and why safeguarding our personal information has become more important than ever.
