Last month in Singapore, #Panerai local team hosted a three-day novelties preview at Gillman Barracks, an iconic location with military roots; fostering a strong linkage with the brand which started as a provider of specialised diving instruments to the Royal Italian Navy. Guests were taken on a Journey through Time to discover Panerai's origins, with an exhibition to showcase the innovation & various patented materials developed over the years by our Manufacture in Neuchâtel. One of the highlights was the introduction of a new proprietary material "Ti-Ceramitech™️", which is 44% lighter than steel & boasts a fracture toughness x10 higher vs traditional Ceramic. We also had the privilege to unveil the new Submersible Elux LAB-ID (PAM01800), a groundbreaking timepiece which allows on-demand lighting for up to 30 minutes, powered entirely by mechanical energy (with no battery). Reflecting 8 years of dedicated R&D, this breakthrough with 4 new patents truly exemplifies Panerai’s historic expertise in luminescence and mechanical watchmaking. A big shout-out to my Pamily members whom I am proud to collaborate alongside with to deliver this amazing experience for our guests ! Lesley C. Joyce H. Nerissa H.
