Spending time on site helps bridge the gap between office and field, building a deeper understanding of how work is delivered in practice and demonstrates the real world ‘why’ behind our processes. Case in point – recent field visits across our network are helping give our Metering & Billing team firsthand insight into the roles, responsibilities and realities that underpin safe, effective delivery for our customers. Great to see stronger relationships, improved alignment and greater appreciation of safety resulting from these visits – ultimately leading to better customer outcomes.
