Have you ever felt constrained by the "4-color limit" in your fluorescence imaging experiments? In this paper, we use DNA-barcoded labeling to establish generalizable high-plex panels, enabling simultaneous imaging of 15 targets across the full fluorescence spectrum. Check out the preprint for more details: https://lnkd.in/d7hYeyeJ Grateful to Sinem Saka for the opportunity to work on this project, Robert Reinhardt, Tatjana Straka, Wouter-Michiel Vierdag and the rest of the authors for making it possible. This work was supported by the ARISE Programme.
