That's a step in the right direction. One executive doesn't make a company AI native. The board has to be AI native. The leadership team has to be AI native. After recruiting CEOs and Fortune 100 leadership teams for decades, I've learned that leadership decisions often predict business performance long before quarterly earnings do.
