One thing I enjoy outside of running Sussex Installations is testing new technology. This time it’s the XSURF Pulse V2 together with the new Foil Drive Fusion. At first glance, foiling and van security couldn’t be more different—but for me, they have a lot in common. Both involve: • Understanding how products perform in the real world, not just on paper. • Looking closely at design, engineering and usability. • Finding ways to make products safer, more reliable and easier to use. • Giving honest feedback based on experience. After more than 23 years designing and installing van security products, I still enjoy learning from other industries and seeing how good engineering solves problems. Whether I’m testing a foil board or developing a new EasyFix or Stealth product, the process is remarkably similar: test, refine, improve. If you’re interested in Foil Drive, engineering, product design or simply enjoy seeing new technology put through its paces, I’ve just published my latest review. I’d love to hear what innovations in your own industry have impressed you recently. #Engineering #ProductDevelopment #Innovation #FoilDrive #SurfFoil #Manufacturing #MadeInBritain #SmallBusiness #Entrepreneur #ProductTesting #DesignEngineering #SussexInstallations
