This week's edition: NOT here to do the obvious. As I send more and more editions of the Isar Compass newsletter, I've realized the value isn't only in the flashy, super-known events & communities. Came to that conclusion after a reader replied to last week's edition. I was made aware of communities I hadn't even stumbled upon and it actually made me think: What's the purpose of the 🧭 in the first place? Well, I think there are platforms and events that don't need much amplification, 99% of the time you'd find them without even trying. Still important to highlight, but the impact ceiling is way lower. That what you probably wouldn't find on your own... well that's what I think is worth covering even more. Experimental formats. Orgs that aren't over-visited just because no one's talking about them on a daily basis, even though they're active and thriving in their own circles. Going forward? Will try a new rule. → 2 known and important picks → 1 underrated find Every edition. Same goes for deadlines, opportunities, all of it. Just not the obvious.
