After 9+ years at Zscaler, I am embarking on a new journey. Before I share more, I would like to take a moment to reflect on my time at Zscaler. The mentorship and guidance throughout my time have been priceless, enabling me to actively contribute to Zscaler's extreme growth and success.  As you all know, it starts at the top and touches every level. Jay Chaudhry exemplifies servant leadership every day; he is the most thoughtful, hardworking leader and visionary. The leaders he hired and the teams they built all came together as we navigated the transition from private to public, managed COVID and the return to the office, and grew revenue from Pre-IPO to a $3B NASDAQ 100 portfolio company. What a journey!  I embraced a One Team approach since day 1, collaborating with internal and external ecosystems to over-exceed targets, achieve President's Club and more. Additionally we created a Women in Cybersecurity community in Chicago that also extended into WIZE and the Women in IT CXO Exchange. I leaned into technology alliances, presented the CISO of the Year at the Ohio Orbie awards and presented at SKO a few times. We were able to participate in many "give-back" opportunities and co-hosted a virtual concert and interview with Jason Mraz to raise money for No Kid Hungry. Zscaler is truly one-of-a-kind.  I will forever look back at my time at Zscaler with great fondness and gratitude. To the people I have recruited and hired, keep forging ahead with continued success. To my technical team members, channel, marketing, customer success and CXOs: you are truly the best in the business! My current and past team collaboration members: I hope you remember and cherish our Team Collaboration Days as much as I do! Activities ranged from metric reviews, strategy sessions, and client speakers to dinners, vision board creation, games, meditation, dancing, wake surfing, billiards, golf and more. We all worked hard, pulled all-nighters, missed personal engagements, experienced hard losses and celebrated hard fought wins...all together. We changed people's lives and accelerated careers both internally and externally.  I look forward to staying in touch and watching Zscaler's continued success.   Thank you all for your partnership, support, and encouragement.
