Its summer and we’re halfway through the paracycling season so I felt that it’s a good moment to reflect on 2026 thus far. 🏅 11 medals across the three World Cups and European Championships, with all our athletes taking hardware home: Suzanna Tangen, Christian Gyldenøhr and Kevin Touya 🏆 Suzanna secured the World Cup leader’s jersey, a first for Norway 🤝 Our first-ever start (and podium) in the handbike team relay, thanks to new mixed-nation team rules that open the door for smaller nations 🌱 Four devo squad riders raced the Norwegian Championships in Stavanger after a strong development gathering. The future of Norwegian paracycling looks bright. 🔃 And it doesn’t stop there: four track riders are on the boards in Cottbus this week for the Junior & U23 European Championships. ☀️ Wishing everyone a wonderful summer of fun and cheering. With Norway in the World Cup quarter-finals and Torstein Træen in yellow at the Tour, there’s plenty to cheer about. Not a bad time to be a Norwegian sports fan 😉 ⚽️🚣 🇳🇴 💛🚲 #paracycling #trackcycling #devlopment #highperformance Norges Cykleforbund #summit2028 Olympiatoppen
