It’s been an incredible season of growth—both in the boardroom and at home. I wanted to take a moment to pause, reflect, and share a quick update with this amazing network. On the Business Front: The momentum behind FUKU Energy Drink right now is absolutely phenomenal. Steering our national commercial relaunch as National Distribution Director has been an intense but deeply rewarding mission. From structuring our multi-state rollout pitch with Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits to expanding our wider distribution networks, the hustle hasn't stopped for a second. We are expanding the footprint, refining the pipeline, and taking this brand to the next level. Alongside the consulting work at Fetzer & Associates, the focus is entirely on scaling and execution. On the Home Front: But the real drive behind all of this business growth? Family. Having Christine Chiabai , by my side and working closely with our son, Joe, keeps everything running and grounded. I am also incredibly proud of our 8-year-old daughter, Katie. Between chess, piano, dance and athletics, she is absolutely thriving—and seeing her recently cast in the regional production of Coppelia at Aurora University is the ultimate reminder of my "why." A Quick Thought on the Grind: Whether I look back at my time serving in the Army or reflect on the fundamental sales and leadership principles that drive my career today, the core lesson remains the same: discipline and relentless action are the lifeblood of success. We can talk all day about optimizing standard operating procedures or mastering objection handling, but if you don't anchor your ambition to a core purpose, it's just noise.
