Helping ambitious firms hire top 1% talent in India 🔥 | Co-founder at M91
It’s been almost two weeks since this. Still thinking about it. What stayed with me wasn’t the number of ideas or solutions. It was how quickly people went from “we’ve always dealt with this” to “why haven’t we fixed this yet?” Most teams didn’t struggle with building. They struggled with defining the problem clearly. Once that clicked, things moved fast. I spent most of my time with the TA team - Kushal, Yashodhara, Yash, Vanshika, Harshita, Kanika, Vaishnavi (with Annanya and Vishwa jumping in to help us build). We worked on things we’ve been meaning to fix for a while: → sourcing workflows → a simpler ATS aligned to how we actually hire → a gamified LMS for better training Nothing new in terms of ideas. But once we structured things properly and gave full context, the output changed completely. That’s the shift. AI hasn’t just made building faster. It’s made unclear thinking very obvious. For founders/operators, this changes the constraint. Not “can we build this?” But “do we understand this well enough to build it?” Feels less like a hackathon. More like how teams will operate going forward.
