🚀 Apparently when a company is growing fast, opportunities grow fast too. After about 45 days as a Manager of Patient Access at Carrum Health⁠, I’m excited to share that I’ll be transitioning into the role of Manager, Care Navigation. While I’ve enjoyed helping improve access to care, I’ve always been most energized by the work that happens closer to the patient experience itself. This new role gives me the opportunity to do exactly that leading teams that help patients navigate some of the most important healthcare decisions they’ll ever make. One thing I’ve learned over the years is that growth isn’t always linear, sometimes it’s about getting closer to the work that matters most to you. ❤️ Grateful to the leaders like Jillian Springer, FACHE , Carmen Pfeiffer BSN, RN, CCP,NBC-HWC, Guillermo M., Richard Eskew, and Gladys Pasols, PHR who all have invested in me so far, and excited to continue growing with a company that’s scaling, innovating, and creating new opportunities along the way.
