Yesterday, I was invited to do something that genuinely meant a lot to me, speak at SAP's WoW Onboarding Week to welcome new colleagues joining across APAC in Ho Chi Minh 🇯🇵🇻🇳🇹🇭 Representing CPIT (Corporate Process & IT) & Generative AI CoE, my role was to introduce our AI portfolio and help newcomers figure out how AI fits into their day-to-day from week one. I've been in their shoes. Starting somewhere new and being handed a list of tools with little guidance on where to begin is overwhelming, especially in the age of AI where every team seems to have their own stack. So we built something different. Our Experience AI Platform gives every SAP employee a structured, accessible entry point into AI: → Experience Lab for safe exploration and AI experimentation → n8n for no-fuss workflow automation → Prototyping Lab to turn rough ideas into real AI prototypes → SAP Joule as the in-the-flow AI assistant for SAP-native work The core message I left with them: you don't need to be an AI expert to work the AI way. You just need to know which door to open.
