Last Friday, I had the privilege of running a Generative AI upskilling session for our People & Culture team, and it was one of those sessions where you can genuinely feel the energy shift in the room! We explored the GenAI Experience Lab end-to-end, covering: ✅ Prompting effectively - how small changes in how you frame a question can completely transform the quality of the output ✅ Sharing conversations - making it easy for colleagues to learn from and build on each other's work ✅ Collaborating within a Space - enabling teams to work together with shared context ✅ Web search - grounding AI responses in real-time information ✅ Data masking - automatically masks PII data in prompts to keep our interactions safe and responsible We also took time to clear up a common source of confusion. With so many AI tools in our organisation's landscape, knowing which tool to reach for and when can be half the battle. What I love most about these sessions is watching colleagues go from curious to confident. The questions they ask, the ideas they start connecting, that's where the real value is.
