Hardware engineers deserve better software
Spent 3 inspiring days in NYC collaborating with top leaders at Docker, Inc aligning on leadership best practices and standards, fostering a culture of growth and collective leadership development. Energizing to feel the engagement and desire to first and foremost, develop together as leaders, but also be a part of building a great GTM. Thank you to Dan Heasman for joining and speaking to the group about building trust as leaders. Also thank you to Abbey, Preston and Jason for all your help in organizing, logistics and comms leading up to and during our training sessions. No NYC training is complete without enjoying pizza, the sounds of sirens, and navigating the subways.
