Some goodbyes are never easy. After an incredible chapter, I'm saying goodbye to Acto, the company that gave me my very first real opportunity in People & Culture. When I joined, I came in as an intern and had a lot to learn. Looking back, I realise Acto didn't just teach me how to do the job; it gave me the confidence to believe I could. Every challenge, every conversation, every mistake, and every success has shaped me into the People professional I am today. To everyone I've had the privilege of working with, thank you. And a special thank you to Pascal Salmen, Patrick Kilian, Andre Stollhans, Leonie Willemsen and so many others who believed in me, challenged me, and supported me along the way. I'll always be grateful. Now it's time for a new adventure. I'm incredibly excited to be joining Temedica as their new People & Talent Manager! A huge thank you to Jennifer Rosner, David Newlands, and Moritz Seuster for the trust and opportunity. I can't wait to get started.
